Dan Serfaty, CEO of Viadeo commented, "We consistently seek ways to develop an enviable platform with innovative tools that enhance our members' experience and increase usage. More than ever, business professionals are looking for a cohesive online experience; they want to be able to access applications quickly; find and manage content easily; and seamlessly interact with each other. At the same time, developers are creating richer apps for this increasingly connected world and they want technology and delivery barriers broken down. Viadeo's support of OpenSocial allows us to offer the kind of functionality that our customers need and ask for. I believe this is yet another opportunity for our company to leverage its global and local reach, particularly throughout Europe, Asia, the United States and emerging countries where Google continues to grow in popularity."
The Company expects to make additional OpenSocial applications available to members in later deployments this year.
