HAYWARD, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 07/11/06 -- Rodedawg International Industries, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: RWGI) today issued the following open letter to shareholders and interested members of the investment community to update all parties on the Company's recent operations.

Dear Rodedawg International Industries, Inc. shareholder:

There have been many tremendous developments for Rodedawg International Industries so far in 2006. Rodedawg management has been diligently working to establish the groundwork that today form the foundation of the company for the future. We as a company have identified two very explosive vehicle segments for the initial marketing efforts and have focused on specific geographical regions as a vital first step with the goal of achieving worldwide marketing, selling and distributing of our amphibious 4x4 off-road vehicle called the "RODEDAWG." We own the exclusive Trademark rights in many countries around the world for the purpose of marketing and distributing this new to the public, amphibious 4x4 off-road recreational and rescue vehicle. This new, amphibious 4x4 off-road vehicle is called the "Rodedawg." The Rodedawg could be an added solution for emergency rescue, relief, and property protection efforts in all types of hurricanes, tornados, floods or natural disasters. The recreational uses of the Rodedawg are unlimited. If one enjoys outdoor adventures, exploring, boating, rugged trails, hunting, fishing or any other thrill an adventurer might dream up, then the Rodedawg is the ideal extreme sports utility vehicle. If one is looking to stand out in a city setting, the Rodedawg is more than a match to any thing else on the road.

The Company is initially targeting Central America, South America, the Caribbean and now Mexico to sell its amphibious off-road vehicles while waiting certification approval for the USA market. The new Rodedawg, because it is an amphibious (land and water) vehicle, is filling a space in the market that virtually has no competition. Rodedawg International Industries has further defined two very explosive segments of these markets for their initial marketing efforts.

The first of the two targeted marketing efforts will be the disaster relief market. Rodedawg International Industries will contact fire and police departments in Central, South America, the Caribbean and Mexico to offer them a Rodedawg. There are thousands of potential fire and police departments that will have a need for a Rodedawg in these markets.

The second targeted market for the Rodedawg is the retail market segment. Rodedawg International Industries will set up retail locations in dealerships plus the company plans to market the vehicles also at shopping malls throughout Mexico, Central, South America, and the Caribbean. The company will be able to display and arrange the sale of a Rodedawg to the general public at these shopping malls. Rodedawgs come in three styles: the SUV, the Truck, and the Soft Top, with the soft top model being targeted as the first to undergo the compliances for the US market.

The certification of the Rodedawg is currently underway and this process will allow us as a company to market and sell this incredible vehicle throughout the United States. This will be a very important market for our vehicles. In anticipation of receiving certification we have begun the process of scouting for a location to establish our initial US showroom. Thus far locations in Florida, Texas and Las Vegas, Nevada are being considered.

We decided to give Rodedawg enthusiasts the opportunity to become first owners of the amazing soft top version of the Rodedawg 4x4 off-road vehicle in the US. The company began an advertising campaign for the sale of the Rodedawg in other world markets and for pre-sale in the US and Canada, just as GM announced it would end production of the Hummer H1 in June 2006.

To date Rodedawg International Industries, Inc. has been very successful in penetrating its target market and has awarded a non-exclusive distribution agreement to Nicattler, S.A. to market the Rodedawg Vehicles in Nicaragua and Best Price Car Rental in Panama and we are getting closer to award more than one non-exclusive distributorship for the Dominican Republic market.

Nicattler was granted a non-exclusive distributorship for the Nicaragua Market, subject to the requirement of placing orders for a minimum of 100 vehicles the first year. This agreement stipulates that Nicattler is required to establish, in favor of Rodedawg, a 30% deposit and irrevocable letter of credit for the balance of each purchase order.

The right to market and sell our vehicles in Panama has been awarded to Best Price Car Rental. We have entered into a non-exclusive distribution agreement with Best Price Car rental to distribute our amphibious vehicles in Panama, subject to the requirement of placing orders for a minimum of 100 vehicles the first year. This agreement stipulates that Best Price Car Rental is required to establish, in favor of Rodedawg, a 30% deposit and irrevocable letter of credit for the balance of each purchase order.

Rodedawg International Industries, Inc.'s subsidiary "Rodedawg International Industries, S.A. de C.V." in Mexico received approval from the Mexican government as a registered importer of the Rodedawg amphibious off-road vehicles. The approval of Rodedawg's Mexican subsidiary as a vehicle importer constitutes the continued effort we as a company are making to market this marvelous amphibious off-road vehicle to the general public and the emergency rescue and disaster relief agencies and we are planning to market this marvelous vehicle in all 31 Mexican States including Mexico City. We have begun the process of scouting for a location to establish our initial Mexican showroom. Thus far locations in Cancun, Acapulco and Mazatlan are being considered.

Rodedawg has implemented three major initiatives to increase our profile and communications with the public and investment community; Ice T was signed both as a celebrity endorsement and major spokesman for Rogedawg . We believe he will be very effective in publicizing out our message to the public. We also have entered into an Investors relations program with Agoracom and a marketing and public relations program with Intouch Media.

"Ice T," hip-hop music pioneer and actor has signed an agreement to be the spokesperson of Rodedawg Vehicles. Ice T is the accomplished actor/star in the award-winning series "Law & Order SVU." We believe Ice T is the perfect spokesman for this off-road vehicle, which is also amphibious, will be going head to head with the likes of Hummer and Jeep. "Ice T" calls Rodedawg "Wildest Thing on Four Wheels!"

Rodedawg International Industries has created a relationship with AGORACOM Investor Relations. The objective of this relationship is two-fold. First, to create effective communication between Rodedawg, its shareholders and the investment community through AGORACOM's Internet based investor relations system.
