PINGDINGSHAN, China, Feb. 14, 2013 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- SinoCoking Coal and Coke Chemical Industries, Inc. (Nasdaq: SCOK) (the "Company" or "SinoCoking"), a vertically-integrated coal and coke processor, today announced that it will issue its financial results for fiscal 2013 second quarter ended December 31, 2012 on Tuesday, February 19, 2013 before the open of the stock market.
SinoCoking's Chairman and CEO, Jianhua Lv and CFO, Sam Wu will host a conference call at 10:00am ET / 11:00pm China time on Tuesday, February 19, 2013 to discuss these results as well as recent corporate developments.
Interested parties may participate in the call by dialing: (201) 493-6744. Please call in 10 minutes before the conference is scheduled to begin and ask for the SinoCoking call.
