Netmagic Solutions has announced that its Remote Infrastructure Monitoring and Management (RIMM) services have been selected by SigmaQuest. Netmagic's RIMM is a cost-effective solution for monitoring and managing the performance, availability and security of On-Demand and SaaS environments.
"We are enthusiastic about our alignment with SigmaQuest as it is a well-established provider of On-Demand software solutions that enables leading OEMs and manufacturers worldwide to build and ship top-quality, defect-free products," said Sandip Gupta, president, Netmagic Solutions. "We are confident that SigmaQuest's growing customer base and other SaaS environments will have optimized On-Demand user experiences due to Netmagic's proven framework of people, process and technologies."
Netmagic RIMM services provide enterprises with easy and cost effective solutions ideal for monitoring and managing virtual and SaaS environments. More and more enterprises are adopting on-demand and SaaS solutions. Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and SaaS providers need to deliver these solutions with strict SLAs and broad geographical coverage; and thus proactive monitoring and management is critical in these environments. Netmagic RIMM services are being adopted by these emerging SaaS companies to get further maturity and scale in their IT operations.
To learn more on how Netmagic RIMM solutions can benefit SaaS and virtual environments, please visit the company's booth at the Virtualization Conference & Expo 2008 West in Booth #22 being held at the Fairmont San Jose Hotel on November 19-21.
